SAFE Center Director Featured on Kojo Nnamdi Show

In honor of Human Trafficking Awareness Day, the SAFE Center’s Founder and Director Susan Esserman was asked by the Kojo Nnamdi Show to participate an on-air discussion about the presence of sex and labor trafficking in the region. Director Susan Esserman was joined by a survivor of trafficking and a representative from NOVA-HTI as she highlighted the signs of trafficking, the unique nature of labor trafficking, our crucial partnership with the University of Maryland, and her own background in the anti-trafficking field.
